After getting his MBA in Finance, Derek Machen was the Senior Strategic Analyst for Bear Creek Corp for 4 years, then the Manager of the Internet Marketing department of Harry and David for 3 years. After leaving he started Nomad Consulting to provide approachable consulting options for non-profits and small businesses.
